‼️Friendly Reminder: ANNUAL EDUCATION TRAININGS NEED COMPLETED BY 9/30!‼️

BAYADA’s Annual Education campaign—a requirement for all BAYADA employees—ensures all employees are compliant with their annual trainings as required by external governing bodies (eg, OSHA, CHAP). Completing the Annual Education (and all other required compliance materials) is an important way to protect yourself, your employees, your clients, and the company from unsafe or unethical actions that can put you or others at risk.



BAYADA’s Annual Education—consisting of Infection Prevention: Staying Healthy and Honesty & Confidentiality—goes live on April 1 and will be open through September 30.

What to expect

Infection Prevention: Staying Healthy for all BAYADA caregivers and clinicians returns to an interactive format for both new hires and Annual Education. Additionally, we are consolidating the materials into one unified version instead of providing different versions (ie, Behavioral Health, Licensed, Non-Licensed).
Again this year, Honesty & Confidentiality will be provided in two different interactive formats based on employee role:

Non-licensed caregivers will follow along with a series of training videos.
Both Infection Prevention: Staying Healthy and Honesty & Confidentiality are to be completed electronically through BAYADA University.

Who completes Annual Education

All employees are required to complete the Honesty & Confidentiality training, and all BAYADA caregivers and clinicians are required to complete the Infection Prevention training.
Employees hired in 2025 who completed their new hire training are exempt from this year’s Annual Education campaign.

How to complete your Annual Education

To access your required trainings simply head to BAYADA University, click the My Learning menu, and then My Learning Plan.

Thanks to a $600K grant from BAYADA, Gabby is working toward her RN at York Technical College while receiving paid, on-the-job training and providing personal care and companionship to BAYADA clients. Without this funding, Gabby shared she might not have been able to pursue this path.

We’re proud to announce that BAYADA and ECPI University have joined forces to help educate and train the next generation of nurses through a new scholarship partnership.

Nursing students at ECPI University’s Columbia campus who work at least 20 hours per week with BAYADA are now eligible to receive up to $10,000 in scholarship funds toward their Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certifications through BAYADA’s Advance to LPN Scholarship Program.

After a devastating accident, former Philadelphia Highway Patrol officer Andy Chan was left critically injured. His wife, Teng, never left his side, transforming their home and becoming his full-time caregiver.

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with York Technical College to launch a scholarship program supporting the next generation of nurses. Lauren is one of our apprentices from this partnership who is working to become a registered nurse through York Tech while working part-time with our Rock Hill, SC office.

Through partnerships like these and opportunities such as our Advance to LPN program, we’re actively working to help alleviate the nursing shortage in our local communities. By offering flexible and rewarding career paths in home care, we hope to empower aspiring and current nurses to build meaningful careers caring for clients where they feel most comfortable — their own homes.
