🚨Important Information🚨
➡️➡️No appointment is necessary; walk-ins are welcome.
➡️➡️Please bring your insurance information.
➡️➡️A possible fee of $25 may apply.
We encourage all parents and guardians to bring their student-athletes to the clinic on these dates to ensure they are prepared for the upcoming sports season 💪Sports physicals are a vital step in promoting the health and safety of young athletes.🩺
