Sometimes the simplest meals bring the most comfort and this creamy white pasta is ready in just 20 minutes! Save this recipe for your next busy night.

Ingredients (serves 2–3):
• 200g pasta (penne, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:
1️⃣ Cook pasta until al dente. Save ½ cup of pasta water.
2️⃣ In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add flour, whisk for 1 min to form a roux.
4️⃣ Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Stir in Parmesan, season with salt & pepper.
6️⃣ Toss in pasta (add pasta water if needed).

✨ Serve hot & enjoy a bowl of creamy goodness!
