Typical ABA centers feel clinical and more like going to the doctor’s office. Here at Dream Big, our centers are warm, welcoming, and created with a child in mind. Our centers feature play kitchens, a sandbox filled with dinosaurs, a room for sensory play, and endless activities for your little one. The Early Intervention program in our centers is for children 6 years of age and younger. This uniq

ue program is based on Applied Behavior Analysis in a natural environment with a focus on play and positive behavior interventions. We take pride in making Dream Big the cleanest, safest environment for your child! We have extensive measures in place in light of COVID-19 and continue to go above and beyond what is recommended. We do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our staff and the children we serve. All of our staff are wearing masks, social distancing, sanitizing, disinfecting and constantly cleaning. We also use block scheduling to limit our occupancy and allow time in the middle of the day to deep clean.

1. How long have you been a Dreamer?
I’ve been a Dreamer for about a year now.

2. What is your Dream Big “why”? (Why you love it here). I love working at Dream Big because it gives me a strong sense of purpose. I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day and helping families navigate the enrollment process so their children can get the support they need as quickly as possible.

3. Something you love about your center/your team
I love how empathetic and dedicated my team is. Everyone goes above and beyond to support families and ensure each child gets the services they need.

4. What you want people to know about DB
Dream Big may be a smaller company, but we make a big impact. We truly care about every child and are committed to helping families access the services and resources they need.

1. How long have you been a Dreamer?
I started with Dream Big in October of 2025, but I have been aware of them, and a fan of their mission, for years.

2. What is your Dream Big “why”? (Why you love it here).
From a professional perspective, it's the structure and organization. Deeper than that, I feel that the core values of Dream Big - Inclusive, Excellent, Fun, Caring, Growth Oriented - are aligned with my personal philosophy on ABA services.

3. Something you love about your center/your team
What I love most about my team at San Bernardino is that we truly feel like a cohesive team. Everyone works together and really show how we can all come together to make a difference in a child's life.

4. What you want people to know about DB
Dream Big is one of the most dedicated spaces for children's growth and development I have seen. The whole system - from top to bottom - is built on and dedicated to compassionate care.

Most children’s environments separate open play and autism services, but here at Dream Big, we believe that combining ABA Therapy and group play creates an inclusive environment where all kids grow and thrive together.
