To begin any new journey takes both intention and commitment.
Progress comes through steady practice.

In this 8-week Beginning Yoga Series, you’ll learn foundational postures to build strength and flexibility. Each 60-minute class concludes with a restorative rest posture to recharge body and mind.

This is a progressive course of 8 classes.

In this class, you will:

Learn foundational Qigong postures and movements that support flexibility, balance, and strength.

Practice breathwork to calm the nervous system and nourish energy reserves.

Explore simple meditative techniques to release tension and restore a sense of inner peace.
