I have been practicing energy healing for going on 20 years and it took me at least 10 of those years to gain confidence. I knew from the first time I experienced energy healing that I wanted to practice it forever. I felt I had a gift but I had no clear process for how to utilize it systematically with others.

My biggest lesson has been when you surrender to deeply healing yourself you bring the greatest potential healing to others. Healing yourself does not happen just once and then you are done. It is a process you have to be willing to go through over and over again as long as you are a professional energy healer.

I often describe energy healing as a skill - like basketball - a skill that everyone can learn. When you pair a strong desire to discover and refine your healing gifts, with practice over time, you awaken your healing genius.

Rebirth is a process that shamans go through when they are initiated into their life's work. In traditional shamanic practices, the shaman to be is buried in the Earth for an undefined number of days. When the elder shaman digs them out of the Earth, the first stage of the initiation has begun.

You go through a similar process when you dedicate yourself to your healing work professionally. There is a death of yourself that is always required and a waiting period. During this waiting period, you are required to let go of attachment to all earthly experiences. This is not a process that happens overnight. Through the death of your earthly attachments, you get ready to rebirth into your ascended form. It is uncomfortable. It is accompanied by events unfolding in your human experience that feel like a death of parts of your life.

You do not embody your highest self all at once. In fact, the first time you move into embodiment with your highest self - it is not the fullness of your higher self. When you stay vigilant with your thoughts, maintain focus on where you are going and on your strengths you will flow with ease through this process.

Professional rebirth happens inside. It happens over and over and over. Each moment is a new opportunity. My experience is that rebirth is continuous. Sometimes it is an external rebirth, sometimes an internal rebirth.

Nurture yourself through discomfort; remember it is preparing you for the full embodiment of your light on Earth.

The most ease comes when you stay fully present in the moment. Practice focusing on the good, the love, the joy and the peace that can always be found. Comfort yourself with healthy highs like preparing high vibrational foods, move your body in ways that bring you joy, make time for regular home spa days, listen to high vibrational music, and practice meditation and daily healing.

In this way, it really feels like you are not really 'doing' the work, more like you are deeply present with 'being' in a state of alignment with your highest self.

This is a story about the eternal nature of our spirit. Spirit precedes human form, and is eternal. Love transcends human form and connects us to one another eternally throughout time and space and beyond this human form into the next.

Rachel has inspired me for as long as I can remember. In her childhood years of loving service, in her adulthood as an artist, activist and inspired inhabitant of planet Earth.

Rachel transcended this Earth plane in 2001.

Rachel has been present in my life in the last 20 years in an even more beautiful and powerful spiritually guiding force as she was in the first 20 years that I knew her on Earth.

Rachel has taught me more than any other human being on Earth about what it means to transcend form, to live fully in the moment with divine purpose and surrender to the flow of life.

Life does not end with death. Your spiritual life-force is running through you right now and it is eternal, it transcends time and space and it connects us forever. I believe there is a greater purpose for our life force than what we can see in the moment.

For the past 8 years, I have been quietly funding the Rachel K. Cardoza Healthcare Visionary Scholarship on my own. Every time I sat down to try to tell people about it, I became overwhelmed with emotion.

My first teaching job I ever had was at a charter school in Florida called Love of Learning. I developed curriculum for 4th, 5th and 6th grade social studies. I had no idea how to create curriculum then, but I loved what I did.

☀️ What I learned about myself since then is that I deeply love teaching & learning. I’ve experienced over and over that education is the gateway to excellence and when we come together in community with people who have a common purpose, we are stronger.

☀️ Over the past 15 years as a healer, I have met MANY gifted healers who felt a deep call to healing; but it was rare that I met a healer who had a strong business system to support their practice. When I started , this became a driving passion for me. My heart is in my craft and the art and practice of hypnosis, energy healing and spiritual healing. I have now learned to have deep appreciation and love for the building and ex*****on of business systems.

☀️ Business systems are like a home for our practice. They feed us, they give us a place to eat, to sleep and to raise our families. There is deep value in honoring the art of our healing practice and the structures and systems that support us in delivering our work.

🌈 One of the mantras of is that we are entering a 'new age of healthcare'. This 'new age' is for many of us, what we have been waiting lifetimes for. What is new is that we value ourselves and our craft more. What is new are the systems that build bridges to mainstream healthcare to support the people who need it most. What is new is the structure of our professional practice and how we share it with others.

🙏🏼 This is where we can find great strength in community. Most of us who are called to this work have a natural genius in the healing arts. We need the most support in structuring of our practice so that it can support us and our families.

🌈 The programs I am teaching this semester are extensions of work I know I have done for lifetimes. The business building is the bridge to the future.

Your chakras are the centers of your personal universe. As you bring your attention to them, healing is activated.

Through repetition, you bring healing to your mind, emotions and physical body as well.

I have seen over and over and over again, that when you commit yourself to these practices, they WORK! Often in an organic way, like you just start feeling better, lighter and you can't put your finger on what caused it. Relationships that have been stuck or broken for years resolve themselves, a physical issue that was lingering is healed completely. I hear results like this over and over again! It is why I continue to be blown away year after year of doing this work!

This is the latest evolution of my Chakra Healing Intensive Program, and the program at that the most students have gone through!!!

In each moment we are birthing what we are evolving into...
We are each birthing a new self in each moment with the thoughts we think and actions we take on a daily basis...

This is a story about one of those moments for me, and it is still such a beautiful reminder to dwell deeply in the present, because the more we honor what we are given right now, the more we are ready to be birthed into our next form 💜

I had the honor and gift of being in the presence of Marion Woodman and her husband during my time at

I didn't quite understand at the time that I was in the presence of a living goddess & a poetess. Everything about her presence, the way she spoke with such intention and eloquence, the way she sat in her chair, the way she taught embodied living will forever shape who I became as a woman.

One of my memories was a class she taught that I was blessed to be in. We all got up and she led us through embodied movement, she encouraged us to spiral our bodies to stretch into them, so that we felt every part of physicalness. She spoke about how our consciousness lives in our cells and how when we move our physical bodies, we release energy from our minds, we shape our minds. She was very practically showing us what to do when writer's block came, to move organically with our bodies was the solution to creating space and flow in our minds. She was a master of teaching by being and a forever inspiration to who I am now and who I aspire to be!

This video of hers is one of my favorites and we share it with all of our incoming students. Every time I listen to, I hear more deeply what it means to trust the unfolding of who I AM.
