Nicole was extremely helpful in helping me strengthen💪my hip flexors, glutes and core to help me get back to my regular exercise routine🏋️‍♀️ and competitive horseback riding🏇 and after a horse riding injury. It feels great🙌to no longer live in fear of further injuring myself, and I have the confidence💯 to continue my exercises and horseback riding🫶!

Having access to physical therapy in the local community meets my healthcare needs🙌! If I would have had to travel to Muskegon or Grand Rapids I wouldn’t have pursued the therapy. Rehabbing my dominant, right shoulder was essential to my ADLs. Prior to therapy, there was a limiting pain with everyday use of my limb👎. With therapy I have regained pain-free use of my shoulder💪. Very thankful to have been under the care of Nicole and Logan💯!
