Last “official” session before the holydays are in full-swing.. and we had a first-timer!! Welcome, Stephanie, and her sweet little one. 🤗🥰 (i love how he was sooo relaxed at the end of our session.. a beautiful reminder: it really does work, no matter the age..☺️

For the remainder of the year… if you want to meet up for our regular Wednesday session at the community center, please connect with me. (Maybe a private session, maybe a full group of us…we’ll stay open and flexible. 👍🤗)
