It’s early already and lord knows it’s too early to be getting up. I literally maybe got two to three hours sleep. Who else literally tosses and turns when they can’t shut their mind down? Today was rough. I was super irritated with no good reason. I've been off work for a few days and sometimes being home can be a reset but also it can trigger my mental state. Here's to all out there struggling with the same issues. Remember you matter and you definitely deserve the space you take up.
