Just returned from an amazing trip to Alaska. It was amazing to unplug and spend quality time in nature and with my precious family. I am shocked and saddened by the floods in TX and my heart is with you all who are affected.

When you are dealing with chronic gut issues and/or chronic stress, you may not realize it, but your mind and body are in a highly stressed and overloaded state. You are releasing cortisol, adrenaline, norepinephrine around the clock and damaging your precious gut. Your gut lining is becoming leakier and creating more inflammation locally and systemically leading to gut symptoms and even significant diseases.

The good news is you can gain better control by practicing mindfullness. Try just being present and allowing what shows up. If this feels overwhelming, reach out and I can help you.
