The Octopus Garden The Octopus Garden is studio/spa, offering private yoga lessons, small yoga classes at all levels, Thai Massage and Thai Foot Massage by appointment.

I have been practicing yoga for some 15+ years, and teaching yoga for 13+ years. I earned certification at the 200 hour level, and then, in 2018-2020, worked through the intense 300-hour certification requirements, completing that program to receive my 500-hour level certification though the Yoga Alliance. In 2017, I expanded my practice and became certified at the Intermediate level in Thai Mass

age, and in Thai Reflexology Foot Massage. It has been hugely rewarding to work through both yoga and the Thai Massage modalities to help people address injuries, chronic pain, long-term joint/posture, and movement issues. My favorite result that I see in my students and clients is their connection of mind and body that is experienced through all these practices, which, one quickly comes to realize, affects EVERY WAKING HOUR living in one’s own body.
