This free event is for parents, care providers, and individuals with disabilities to learn how the Blue Envelope helps improve communication and safety during interactions with law enforcement.

💙 Attendees will receive free Blue Envelope materials and resources to take home!

✨Meet Jennifer, our next Disability Pride Month spotlight! 
 
Jennifer has been with Oparc since 2014 and one of her personal goals is to gain work skills. Through the support of our Explore program she has  been volunteering at the SCIL Center’s Food Pantry, where she learns how to assemble bags of food for families who are experiencing food insecurity.

As Jennifer gains more experience with handling and organizing food products she can then apply these skills to working at a grocery store. 🛒🍎🥕🥬

Angelique has been part of Oparc since November 2008 and continues to shine through her creativity and love for painting, music, and puzzles. With support from Oparc, she works every day toward her personal goals and brings joy to everyone who knows her.
