Happy 2026. As we get ready to begin the first week of the new year, I want you to know that it’s never too late to for change. Small steps add up to great progress. I’ve never been one for resolutions as I feel that we break them 3 months in and then are harsh on ourselves. I think what the world needs now is kindness, for others and ourselves. To all my courageous clients who made such strides this year as the world seems so heavy, I see you. The fight. The courage. The bravery it takes to take on yourself and hold yourself in high regard, to break cycles, to take responsibility for your lives. You are my heroes. Happy, Happy New Year and always remember, it’s never too late for a new beginning.
