"Thoughtful movement, thoughtful stillness." That's how I describe what we're up to in our Toddler Yoga class. It's the perfect way to get little bodies moving, but also so much more: we find our breath, we emphasize kindness and encouragement, we demonstrate the importance of wellness and consistency in a sweet and peaceful environment. But more than anything, we have fun! So much joy in our cozy space. Wednesday will be your favorite day of the week!
