I am with Dr. Heidi Waldorf discussing the LipoCel fat-melting technology.

It is a high-frequency ultrasound, which is good for both males and females of all skin types, races, and ethnicities.

It helps to melt the fat, and she’d be done once a month for at least four months. You lose inches, you look better and feel better… But of course, this is not a get-out-of-jail-free card because you still have to diet and exercise. Drink a lot of water and behave yourself!

LipoCel works really well, so please come in for a consultation.

I just did an event for L’Oréal Paris in New York City at the Aman Hotel on Fifth Avenue.

I had a blast. I was talking about the LE DUO serum and its ingredients, like vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and collagen peptides!

I am using hyaluronic acid-based fillers to decrease fine lines and wrinkles on my medical assistant Debbie’s face.

People do not need to be scared of HA fillers. They are a perfect way to slow down your aging, especially when well placed.

Quiet Filler whispers. Poorly placed Filler screams. Come see me for your anti-aging strategy, including fillers!

What is the best face serum for a woman to use in her 30s and 40s?

I swear by both the SkinMedica TNS Advanced+, which has growth factors, peptides, and skin brighteners in it for the face and the neck, and the Provoque serum by LevEllis, which has stem cells, excess growth factors, and peptides in it.

Both of them are unbelievable, really work well all over the face, especially around the eyes and down the neck. Provoque is a startup company, and so you can get that directly from my office without being a patient.

Where is TNS? You can go to regimenpro.com and get it, and I highly recommend both of them.

In terms of lymphatic drainage brushes and jade rollers, I am not in favor of them. I am much more in favor of exercise and sleeping on your back for good lymphatic drainage, and decreasing your salt and soy intake so you do not have a lot of inflammation, swelling, and puffiness.

What is filler fatigue? A lot of my patients are coming and worried because they do not want to look fake with filler, and they are wondering if they should do other procedures and not do filler…

I am explaining to them that filler is an important part of an anti-aging, skin longevity, and a good looks regimen.

However, quiet filler whispers, bad filler screams.

So, when I was in Maui. I saw some awful filler, and I saw some really good filler that only I can detect because I do it for a living.

I recommend that my patients come see me and that my followers see people around the country that are board-certified in either dermatology or plastic surgery, or are providers that have been doing filler for a long, long period of time, who know what they’re doing.

Of course, as the patient, you need to be specific about what you want to do and what you do not want, but filler, neuromodulators like Botox and Daxxify, skin tightening with the IntraCel and IntraGen laser with the LaseMD for the skin on the face and body, and the Keralase for hair…

All of those are fantastic longevity-based anti-aging treatments that can help you look your very best. And filler is right along with them!

So a little goes a long way, and I do recommend that patients come in, speak to me about what their needs are, and we can work on them putting their best face forward.

I am getting Botox under my arms for hyperhidrosis. Botox and other neuromodulators decrease the sweat under my armpits, and since I am still in peri menopause, this is a delight for me because I do not sweat through my clothes!

Insurance typically does not cover this, but my patients who are feeling hot, hot, hot like me do not care.

Let me set the record straight: aluminum in deodorant is safe.

I was live on GMA and we talked about the aluminum controversy that just won’t die. The fear around aluminum deodorant came from a study in the 60s with extremely high concentrations. That’s been completely debunked.

Both aluminum and aluminum free options are safe to use. Choose what works for your body.

Now, if you’re someone who sweats heavily (guilty), clinical strength antiperspirants like Carpe can really help. They significantly reduce sweating so you’re not drenched by noon.

Pro tip for sensitive skin:

• Apply moisturizer to clean underarms first
• Let it absorb fully
• Then apply your antiperspirant over it

This barrier method helps prevent irritation while still giving you the sweat protection you need.

What’s your biggest question about deodorant or antiperspirant? Drop it below.

I went live on Good Morning America to talk about lip filler, and honestly, I got a little personal.

I have filler in my own lips. Not a lot, just enough to add a little volume without looking overdone. I need to look like a doctor, not like I went overboard.

Here’s what I shared on air:

• Juvederm and Restylane are my go-to fillers for natural-looking lip volume
• The key is subtle enhancement, not overfilled lips
• If you don’t want injections, quality lip plumpers can offer temporary fullness
• Always wear SPF lip balm. your lips are sensitive and need sun protection

Lip filler done right should be undetectable. If people can tell, it’s too much.

What questions do you have about lip augmentation? Drop them below.
