We are thankful for these community partners, especially Reach OUT Montclair, who help us with food, clothing, and other necessities for our residents.

Montclair saw a 23.7% increase in people experiencing homelessness to 115 people on the night of Jan. 28, 2025, from 93 people at that time in 2024, according to Monarch Housing Associates’ annual Point-in-Time Count.
