Sensor Placements for Neurofeedback 🧠

“Sensors on your head” can sound intimidating, so we show you every step. Our sensors only read your brain’s activity—nothing is ever sent to your brain. We use that live data to give you gentle, video-game–style feedback that helps your brain learn to self-regulate.

When you come in, we move at your pace, explain the “why,” and always tell you before any touch so your nervous system can anticipate and stay at ease. Once sensors are placed, you’re ready to train. That’s it—simple, safe, and supported.
