Strong ass women lift everyone around them - and they then pay it forward!

I don’t get women who become the antithesis of what they once were, or do not support their girlfriends when they know what challenges they are going through to make it in life

✅ If you have been there, you know what’s it’s like!! Lend a hand!

✅ If you are going through it yourself, you know what it’s like! Show your support!

✅ If you dream of being like her someday, if you look up to some women who are strong and resilient and resourceful, let them know it! And show up to voice your respect because that inspires them to keep going and it inspires you to keep your own fire burning!

Everyone wins when we share the light

It only makes the world brighter

It does not diminish your light to cast it on someone’s darkness - it just makes things less dark for someone else

No hate, but do better

💪

What has been YOUR experience with a DRA? How did you manage it??

DRA or Diastasis Re**us Abdominis is the separation of abdominal muscles due to lack of stiffness of the
connective tissue known as linea alba, coupled with a poor pressure management system

Real-time ultrasound rehabilitation helps patients speed up their recovery and get lasting results without surgery or invasive procedures!

Menopause Transition & Pelvic Health

By 2030, the number of postmenopausal women worldwide is projected to reach 1.2 billion.

80% of women will experience at least one menopause-related symptom; 50% will report these symptoms as “highly bothersome.”

Grade I/II prolapse is 8 times more likely to remain stable or improve with PT than with “watchful waiting.”

Role of PT: Ref: Braekken et al. (2010) found that PFMT reduces prolapse symptoms in 74% of patients

GSM: The “Silent” Epidemic

Prevalence: 50-70% of postmenopausal women have Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM).

YET, Only 7% of women with GSM symptoms receive adequate medical or physical therapy treatment.

PFPT has been shown to improve the Vaginal Health Index (VHI) by up to 25% without hormonal intervention.

SUI surgery has a 10-30% failure rate within 10 years.

PF manual therapy has a success rate of 60-75% in treating mild to moderate UI.

Behavioral urge suppression (the protocol you teach) can reduce urgency episodes by 50-80%, comparable to anticholinergic medications but without the side effects.

Targeted manual therapy and down-training improve Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) scores by an average of 20%.

Combining local vaginal estrogen with PT results in a 35% greater reduction in incontinence severity than estrogen alone.

Refer to PT early to maximize the ROI of your hormonal prescriptions.
Bone Health & The “LIFTMOR” Connection
Fracture Risk: 1 in 2 women over age 50 will experience an osteoporosis-related fracture.

40% of women with UI avoid high-impact bone-building exercises for fear of leaking.
PT Role: We provide the “Pelvic Brace” that allows women to lift safely.
Addressing hip/ gluteal strength (Medius/Maximus) can reduce pelvic floor compensatory hypertonicity by 30%.

90% of patients report higher satisfaction when their OB-GYN offers a “multidisciplinary” team approach including PT.
We are the mechanical experts for your physiological patients.

Let’s reduce the 70% of women who suffer in silence because they think their symptoms are “just part of getting older.”

Do you understand how bad this is? Like really, do you??

04/14/2026

Are you the one who’s been doing Kegels ALL THE TIME and STILL nothing seems to be working?

Perhaps your technique uses other muscles and not the pelvic floor muscles, which is why the Kegel exercise may not to be working

lere are some wrong muscle pattern that a lot of people do when they try do a Kegel exercise

Sit on a chair in front of a mirror and watch your body

Or record yourself on your phone as you’re doing the kegel exercise

And see if your muscle pattern seems similar to one of these

Let me know in the comments what are the most common things that you see yourself doing?!!!

P.s.:
There is A LOT MORE to pelvic floor exercise than just a bare bones kegel

But this is foundation. This is where we start - once you get this right there’s so much more you can build up on leading up all the way to deadlifts and squats.

So no one watching this should assume that this is the only thing we do in pelvic floor therapy. This is barely the foundation, but we need a strong foundation to build a solid structure.

Any tool is only as good as you know how to use it
Things that will make our break your kegels:
1. is it right for??
2. Are you doing it right??
Once you’re clear on this, it is so much more effective, because everything else will fall into place.
so, the question is NoT if fits good or
Add 1st

The real question is:
Is it good or bad FOR YOU?

Let’s make most of the power of information that we now have - at the tips of our fingers! This is OUR time!!

Somehow, as women were trained to suck her bellies in all day and walk around as if we don’t have an actual gut!

Doing this puts immense load on your pelvic floor and could result in pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.

This could also result in leaking issues and worsening of pelvic organ prolapse

Can we just stop trying to be the Barbie that society has conditioned us to be and actually start taking care of ourselves????????
