After a long week of galloping through Tennessee, the zebra decided it was time for some well-deserved self-care. Gracefully trotting into the tranquil massage room, its hooves clicked softly on the hardwood floor. The scent of lavender filled the air as it climbed onto the massage table, exhaling a deep sigh of relief. With its striped coat gleaming under the soft glow of the sconces and eyes gently closing, the zebra surrendered to serenity—ready to let the tension melt away, one muscle at a time.

While we are here, I’d like to introduce myself for anyone new here. My name is Sarah Sulfridge, I am the owner of Nova. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist of 6 years and a Licensed Esthetician of 2 years. I moved to The Mountain 8 years ago with my husband Talon who owns and operates Eagle Mountain Iron Works. We have two doggos, a rescue Husky named Kiah and Aussie/Heeler Mix Waco.
We enjoy the solitude, beautiful serene nature, and friendly community of the mountain.
I am trained in Neuromuscular therapy, cupping, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, Swedish, and offer facials for all skin types and ages.
My passion comes from helping clients slow down and recognize the value in positive self care and wellness. Life is sometimes full of challenges and stressors. Understanding that stress can be locked into muscles and relieved and released with therapeutic touch can be a powerful step into mindfulness.
Nova by Sarah Sulfridge also provides support for the community and donates to several local organizations such as Easys dog shelter, The Isaiah House, SOCM, and others.
While my availability may be limited I do post openings time to time. I also have several massage therapist and esthetician friends I can refer you too as we are a community helping others and not a competition.

Happy New Years! ✨

Thank you for yet another wonderful year with my amazing clients new and old!
This year I stayed fully booked week after week with less new clients and more standard clients. I have provided not only a comfortable space for me as a therapist to be free to feel confident with my work but for my clients to come and go at ease with a safe place for their own healing benefits.
In my personal growth- I grew as a therapist, business owner, wife, friend, and family member. I turned 30 this year and traveled more than I had ever with the security that my clients gave me pushing me to pursue my dreams and have experiences.
I look forward to The Year 2025, as I have always saw 25 as a lucky number for me. I look forward to continuing to learn, live, and grow as a business owner and take on any mountains that come my way.
In the new year I have decided to take on more care and focus for women’s wellness. With this change I will not be taking on any new male clients without a referral from a current client. I look forward to taking more classes curated towards women’s health and wellness while providing a safe space. Taking this next step into Women’s Wellness has been an opportunity that has sought me out and I feel it’s where my healing energy wants to be.
I am looking forward to this new chapter✨
