What a powerful night we had at Celebrate Recovery last week! 🙌

Our lesson on forgiveness really hit home. So many of us who have struggled with drugs and alcohol know what it’s like to carry heavy pain, resentment, and guilt. For years, those things kept us trapped — trying to numb the hurt instead of healing from it. But God has a different plan. 💙

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or saying what happened was okay. It means setting ourselves free from the weight that’s been holding us down. It means allowing God to do what only He can do — restore, redeem, and renew our hearts.

Whether you’re in recovery from addiction, codependency, anger, or any kind of hurt, hang-up, or habit, forgiveness is part of the journey toward peace. We’re learning that freedom doesn’t come from substances or control — it comes from surrender.

If you’ve been struggling, know this: you don’t have to walk alone. There’s hope, and there’s a place for you at CR. Come as you are — broken, tired, searching — and let God meet you right where you are. ❤️

✨ What an absolutely powerful night at Celebrate Recovery this past Thursday! The testimony shared was filled with raw honesty, hope, and God’s amazing grace. Nights like these remind us that no matter where we’ve been, healing and freedom are possible when we take that next step and trust God with our story.

This week was proof that CR is a safe place where struggles are met with love, and where victories—big and small—are celebrated. 🙌
