We are More than a gym. We are your team, your tribe, your support.

When we founded Physical Focus in 1999 we created a business model that filled the gap between “regular” gyms and physical therapy centers. This model has allowed us to help 1000’s of people who where threatened by gyms or scared of getting hurt (again) due to weight training.

Anyone can find a good workout routine on the internet but our belief is: “There is no such thing as a good workout if the movements are performed incorrectly.”

Sadly most gym goers (trainers included) are not educated on how to move correctly. Proper and focused movements are our main differentiator in the training world. At Physical Focus we pride ourselves in strict biomechanics and movement education. We know that not all exercises are for every body and that proper progressions are pivotal for long term improvements. We know that what we do in the gym is suppose to benefit what you do out of the gym. We know our role is to make our clients better. But, even more importantly we know the value of teaching the Why. The Why is the foundation so our clients can have a stronger, more agile, more powerful, more pain-free body for the long term.
