Inpatient

and outpatient rehab therapy services are available and our professional therapists work with your doctors to design individual care plans that focus on each patient's individual needs. We also offer assisted living on our campus through Residences on Forest Lane which provides a continuum of care for seniors so you don't have to move when care levels change.
