Child health is very critical and should be closely monitored.

We always think that giving our kids chocolate, chips or any unhealthy snack will not impact them. While studies show that most of the diseases (cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular, obesity...) are a result of accumulated exposure to unhealthy behavior.

Also, it's important to mention our children's mental health. Childhood will determine a lot of personality characters and diseases.

So avoid saying bad and negative words to your child such as you are obese, you are silly, you are stupid. We may say them without any intention but this pure soul will be damaged by our negative words. Children usually seek their parent's approval.

Be your children's first supporter, lover, and friend.
