Laughter yoga with Leah

Hello Friends Laughter yoga at the beach is temporary on hold while I'm out of state for a few weeks. In person classes will resume again in July. Online classes start again in September. I'm traveling international and state side for several months so access to classes is limited while traveling.
Sorry this year I couldn't find a substitute during my travel dates.

Thursday. @ 7Pm Chanting Mantras and Meditation This month we are using the mantra SO/HUM. More details are given in class and this is a very relaxing and centering class.
