Healthy Together is Montage Health's free pediatric wellness program for Monterey County families, designed to help kids build lifelong healthy habits. Led by expert health and well-being coaches, the program offers fun, interactive sessions on topics like meal planning, cooking, screen time, stress, sleep, and more. Classes are available in English and Spanish, and can be done in groups or individually.
