“Birth control is bad.” 💊

A strong statement — but here’s why it’s being said:

When we flood our bodies with synthetic hormones, we disrupt the entire endocrine system.

It didn’t give women more freedom.
It gave us more side effects.
More hormonal imbalances.
Higher cancer risks.
And long-term consequences we’re still uncovering.

Women deserve real informed consent — not just a prescription.

Stop touching the baby. 🙅‍♀️👶

They don’t need a bath. They don’t need to be wiped down.

That creamy, cheesy stuff? It’s called vernix — and it’s incredible for their skin. 🧴

Think of it as the beef tallow of birth — deeply nourishing, naturally protective, and meant to stay.

✨ Let it absorb. Let baby adjust.
Not everything needs to be scrubbed clean.

“Labor is too painful. Just get the epidural.”

Women hear this all the time — like they’re not capable.

But that message?

👎 It’s a failure of education. A failure of support.

Because physiological birth isn’t just about getting through it.

It’s about what’s happening for your body — and your baby.

🧠 Natural childbirth triggers metabolic and neurological responses in newborns.

💗 Labor is meant to stimulate babies systems.

When we numb the process, we’re not just easing pain —We’re changing brain chemistry.

Let’s talk about it. Let’s tell the whole story.

During unmedicated, undisturbed birth, moms release a powerful flood of oxytocin — the love hormone. 💗

That hormone doesn’t just stay with her…
It moves through the placenta to the baby.

That’s how bonding begins. That’s how connection is wired into the brain. 🧠✨
But when birth is medicated or interrupted, that oxytocin rush doesn’t happen the same way.

And both mom and baby miss out on something their bodies were designed to share.

This isn’t about guilt — it’s about understanding how birth works, and why it matters. 🌀

Women still believe they can’t eat in labor? 🍌🥜

Think about it...

You’re asking someone to run a marathon— on ice chips, jello, and chicken broth.

🙄 That doesn’t make sense.

Yes, there are reasons behind the rule —
but applying it to everyone probably isn’t the answer.

Laboring bodies need fuel.

That white, cheesy stuff on your baby? 🧼

It’s not something to wash off.
It’s their first protection.

🛡️ From the vaginal biome to their skin and gut —
Let it stay. Let it work.

Nature put it there for a reason.

🛑 Don’t rush to cut the cord.

Even if baby needs help —
They can do it on your chest.

Equipment rolls. The cord doesn’t. 🩸
Delayed cord clamping matters.

That 30-page birth plan? 📄
No one’s reading it.
This is how to make one that actually works. 💪
Share this with a pregnant friend who needs it. 🤰

A Huge Problem In Healthcare... You May Not Know About.

Consent violations in maternity care are real.

And they’re not rare.

Non-consensual exams, obstetric violence, inappropriate touch —

🚨 It’s happening far too often.

Every provider must carry the awareness that trauma exists.

Every woman deserves care rooted in consent, dignity, and respect.

Why Are They Really Inducing Labor?

Often Hospitals aren’t waiting for labor to start on its own anymore. ⏰

They’re scheduling inductions to manage space, staff, and flow.

But your body isn’t a shift to be managed.

⚠️ Spontaneous labor leads to better outcomes.

Let physiology lead.

Don't Let Them Steal Your Babies Blood.

🚫 Did You Know

When a baby is born, up to 30-50% of their blood may still be in the placenta. 🩸

That blood belongs to them.

Delaying cord clamping gives your baby what their body still needs.

We’re not supposed to cut them off early.

We’re supposed to let it flow. ❤️
