Foundations of Ashtanga
A 4-week course for building (or rebuilding) your practice from the ground up.

This series is designed for beginners and curious practitioners who want a strong, sustainable foundation in breath, movement, and awareness.

Over eight classes we’ll work with:
• foundational movements and alignment
• ujjayi breath and bandha engagement
• an introduction to Half Primary
• strength, balance, and mobility
• breath-led movement and presence

Mondays & Wednesdays — 5:30–7:00pm
