Led Second Series Tuesday mornings 6:15-7:30am! *NEW CLASS!

This class is open to all with an established primary series practice. We will begin to explore the first half of the intermediate series.

Also known as Nadhi Sodhana, "nerve cleansing", the second series of Ashtanga yoga focuses on back bending, which benefits the spine, builds strength, and opens up energy channels throughout the body.
