Balance is one of the first things we lose as we age — but the good news is, you can train it!
Practicing single-leg stands or heel-to-toe walks a few minutes a day helps prevent falls, strengthens stabilizing muscles, and boosts confidence.

Try this: stand on one foot while brushing your teeth! 🦷 Simple, effective, and habit-building.

Sitting all day? Here’s a 2-minute desk stretch routine to keep your body happy:

Tight hips from sitting all day? Try this stretch to open up your hip flexors and improve posture:
1️⃣ Kneel on your right knee with your left foot forward, bent at 90 degrees.
2️⃣ Gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your right hip.
3️⃣ Hold for 20–30 seconds, repeat 2–3 times per side.
Tip: Keep your back straight and core engaged — no arching!
