Growing podiatric practice is seeking a medical receptionist. Primary responsibilities include front desk receptionist, patient scheduling, surgery scheduling, payment posting, unpaid claims research & resolution, processing statements, handling incoming patient calls regarding patient and insurance balances, and collaborative tasks with others within the office.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic, be a quick learner, enjoy multi-tasking and staying organized, be flexible, and understand the importance of a positive, courteous and professional attitude in the workplace, both with coworkers and patients. Great attention to detail and clear communication are essential. You will be required to communicate regularly with the physicians on all issues. The position will be part time and will increase to full time. You will be working out of offices in Monterey. You must enjoy interacting with patients and be able to take criticism well.

References will be required. Transcripts will be requested if recently graduated. Please send your CV. Salary to reflect experience.
