I became a Rolfer of Structural Integration after Rolfing released a lifetime of body discomfort and old injuries for me. Along with Rolfing SI, Craniosacral and visceral work have greatly influenced my practice over the last twenty years.

When I went to the Rolf Institute, my goal was to bring it to the equine world because I had noticed horses with body restrictions. However, during my Rolfing SI training, I fell in love with helping people.

Animals and humans have many similar body issues. How we are in the womb and the birth process itself often set patterns in the body that we are born with, as do current injuries and accidents. The good news is that these patterns unwind and release in this bodywork. We do not have to live with these misalignments and pain.

For the last 20 years, I’ve helped all animals and humans in need. What’s impressive about animals is they often come to me and ask me for help. How do they know I can? Horses and other animals have been powerful teachers for me in learning to listen to the body to release and unwind deep patterns and injuries.

I’m shifting into retirement and looking at what is next. Should I teach others this incredible work, or is something else calling me? Life is a fantastic journey.

Vote Steve Jackson for Judge. Our system needs him!

There is so much election stuff going back and forth. Federal, state and local races. Initiatives! If you are reading this right now, thats great. You might be trying to figure out what you are doing this election cycle🗳

So, judicial races kind of fly under the radar. They are nonpartisan and rules make it harder for the voter to know the candidates. Sure, there is the profile but everyone should look good on paper.

Do you know the candidates in Department 3 in Grays Harbor Superior Court? Have you talked to a police officer or a fireman or social worker that you know, and asked them who they are voting for?

The two other sitting judges, Judge Svoboda and Judge Samuel, say Steve Jackson! ⚖️

Do you have a party affiliation? No need to figure out what they think. Both the Democrat and Republican Parties have endorsed Steve Jackson❤️🤍💙

Your privilege, right and duty is to exercise your voice by voting. Check that box for Steve Jackson to restore integrity, balance and consistency to Department 3!

I understand that many people will be downloading the COVID19 app. However, if I am one of your "contacts" and you intend on installing the app, "Healthy Together"-- "Trace Together" -- or any similar tracing app, I am respectfully asking you to DELETE ME from your phone contact list, Facebook and Instagram pages PRIOR to installing the app on your Smartphone! The app WILL ask for permission to access your contact list, But NO ONE has my consent to use my name, phone number or any other identifying contact info in connection with these tracking apps which will identify me and locate me without my knowledge or permission. I resist this tracking.
