Well Done To All Who Joined Us On This Challenge.

🌟 Two Days Left, But This Isn’t the End! 🌟

We are officially in the final stretch with just 2 days left in our walking challenge! πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

I’m posting this picture of me in the middle of the rock scramble on Mt. St. Helens because it’s a reminder that the hardest climbs come with the best views. You’ve proven these last few weeks that you can show up, step by step, and push through even when it feels tough.

The challenge might be ending, but your habits don’t have to. Keep lacing up. Keep moving forward. Keep honoring yourself with every mile, every step, every breath of fresh air.

This is where you take what you’ve built and make it part of your life. Not just for a challenge. Not just for a prize. But because you’ve already shown yourself what you’re capable of.

✨ Two more days. Let’s finish strong. Then let’s keep going because your mountain is waiting.

Strut it baby!

Our walking challenge is almost complete, BUT!
You Gotta Get Outside and Walk Every Day (even after this challenge is up)
Because your couch doesn’t count as cardio! πŸ˜‰ A daily outdoor walk is like free therapy with bonus sunshine (or liquid sunshine if you live in Grays Harbor 🌧️). It gets your heart pumping, clears the cobwebs out of your brain, and burns off the β€œI’m too tired” excuse. Plus, nature doesn’t charge a membership fee, trees, birds, and fresh air are all-inclusive. So lace up, step outside, and strut it baby! Your body, your mood, and even your grumpy neighbor will thank you. πŸ’•πŸ’—πŸ’•

🌲✨ Meditation in the Wild ✨🌲

My meditation practice has been… off lately. Not just a little, but really off. What used to be a daily ritual has been lucky to happen once a week. So today, I took myself to the forest, seeking solitude and stillness.

Except stillness didn’t come easy. Instead of sinking into silence, I felt the pull to scroll reels and wander off in thought. That’s when the question arose: what is it to be present?

So instead of forcing quiet, I simply allowed.
β€’ I heard a lawnmower in the distance and smiled, remembering summer days from my childhood.
β€’ I heard girls giggling on the trail behind me and felt gratitude for their friendship.
β€’ A school of fish leapt across the lake, and I loved their wild rhythm.
β€’ Overhead, an airplane passed, and I followed it with my mind for just a moment.

I didn’t cling to any of it. I just noticed. Appreciated. Let each sound and sight move through me.

And maybe that’s the heart of it: meditation isn’t about perfection or emptying the mind. Sometimes it’s simply about being here, grateful, open, present.

πŸ’› Today, that was enough. Maybe for you, it can be too.
