This class is a step up from our Chair Senior class and is perfect for participants who can move comfortably between standing and floor-based or supported exercises.

We will use dumbbells and bodyweight training to increase muscular strength, joint stability, and balance. This class helps you stay strong, steady, and capable in daily life, from carrying groceries to getting up and down with ease.
