20 years ago this week, two young grads stepped out into the real world with big dreams (& a lot to learn!). Sometimes you look back & wonder- if given the chance, would you make the same choices again?

For us, the answer is a resounding YES! Not because it’s been easy; worthwhile things rarely are. But because the challenges, occasional late nights, & invariable moments of doubt have been worth it. Witnessing people experience better health, a fuller life, and most of all, HOPE, has been the greatest reward. 🫶

“The harder the climb, the better the view.” Here’s to the next 20! 🥂

Dr. Sam & Dr. Jennie spent a beautiful October weekend in St. Louis, learning from some of the best chiropractors out there at the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society ‘Meeting of the Minds’. And Dr. Sam is the new board president of GCSS!

‼️Urgent‼️ The Department of Human Services is taking comments until October 17th, 2025 regarding the ending of chiropractic care coverage for ALL adults (21+) under Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare plans starting 1/01/2026. (This HAS already been passed so don't delay- make sure you send a message so we can try to reverse this course of action!)

You can email dhs.spa.comments@state.mn.us and comment on your thoughts regarding this benefit cut before 10/17/25.

The ultimate ! Do you know the story of the 1st chiropractic adjustment? Maybe you've seen the image in the hallway here? 130 years ago, DD Palmer gave the first chiropractic adjustment! His first patient was a janitor in the building by the name of Harvey Lillard. Harvey had lost his hearing 17 years prior after hearing a pop in his spine while working in a cramped, stooped position.

After his adjustment, Harvey shared "I was deaf 17 years and I expected to always remain so, for I had doctored a great deal without any benefit. I had long ago made up my mind to not take any more ear treatments, for it did me no good. Last January Dr. Palmer told me that my deafness came from an injury in my spine. This was new to me; but it is a fact that my back was injured at the time I went deaf. Dr. Palmer treated me on the spine; in two treatments I could hear quite well. That was eight months ago. My hearing remains good."
