Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager – Assisted Living and 245D- Montevideo, MN

Partners Senior Living Options is hiring a Registered Nurse for a multifaceted position in assisting our 26 bed Assisted Living site and 6 Adult/Child Care Foster homes with a 245D license for the disabled in Montevideo. Some of the duties include providing staff training, supervision of medication management, ensuring the facilities are meeting regulations according to licensure requirements, and working closely with the residents in assessing their health care needs. This position will report to the Director of Nursing Services for PSLO.
This full-time, salaried position has a great benefit's package to include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k). This position will be scheduled for day hours Mon-Fri; however, flexibility is a must. This position will take call for evening and weekend hours.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your expertise in physiology, ability to perform various medical procedures, and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care. This position works closely with the Assisted Living Director, Assisted Living LPN, 245D Director and 245D Nursing Support. Training based on experience and comfort level.
