CareConnect Pediatrics, Montezuma Providing primary care for children under the age of 18. OPEN Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Primary care for children under the age of 18.

Services include physical, emotional, social and psychological development. Offering care for children and adolescents: well-child visits, immunizations, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to care based on a childโ€™s medical and personal needs. Our programs and services focus on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles in children and adolescents.

Our office will be closed Monday, January 19th & we will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20th.

We're thrilled to spotlight Ashley Elmore, a wonderful PNP at Care Connect Pediatrics in Montezuma! Ashley truly enjoys the dynamic nature of pediatric care: "I love how no two days are ever the same. Kids are resilient, funny, and honest. I love watching my patients grow and building relationships with children and their families. They truly bring joy to my life every day." When she steps away from the office, Ashley is all about family time, saying, "I love spending time with my husband and three childrenโ€”there is never a dull moment."
