Our independent living residents have had a fun week! They had an excellent tour of nearby Wilson's Creek National Battlefield with Keith Jordan as their tour guide! Keith is extremely knowledgeable about our area! They also had a great Cinco de Mayo celebration, hosted by Julie Myers, with Geneva, our concierge, assisting as well!

Our Memory Care residents recently enjoyed a magical performance of Beauty and the Beast! 🌹✨ The talented dancers from Springfield Ballet delivered an unforgettable show, and our residents loved every moment. We are thankful that they brought their show to us here at the community! 🎭

Recently, our transportation coordinator, Keith Jordan, showcased our Koi pond and its fascinating Koi fish. 🐟🚶‍♂️ Our activity team and transportation coordinator took it a step further by offering golf cart visits, allowing our AL residents to explore where these beautiful fish reside. Nestled in neighborhood three within a peaceful brook surrounded by lush vegetation, it's a serene spot for all to enjoy.

Heather, Naomi, and Jessi, with our Aegis therapy team, surprised our Activities Director, Carrie White, with an early birthday celebration! 🎉 Residents and staff were secretly invited, and everyone rocked the 80s theme. 🎶✨ A fun way to celebrate Carrie and bring joy to our community! She's the best!!

Our independent living residents stay very active, with events such as gardening with our Concierge, weekly dinners that encourage celebrating and fellowship, and thinking of others! Pictured is Anna Walker, who made sweet little baskets for our residents in memory care. We are thankful for this group of caring individuals! They stay very active in the community as well! The last picture is Penny Yates, enjoying a beautiful bouquet at Schaffitzel's greenhouse here in Springfield, MO!
