Move your body. Bond with your baby. Feel GOOD again.

Moms, Babies & Afrobeats is a joyful, low-pressure space where moms and little ones can connect through movement, music, and fun — all while getting a full-body workout.

✨ What to expect:
• Mom & baby bonding through movement
• Gross + fine motor skill activities for little ones
• Up-tempo Afrobeats-inspired choreography
• Cardio + core-focused exercises for moms
• A supportive, welcoming environment (no dance experience needed!)

Hello My AfroRhythmic Lovers!! Spring is Upon Is and the Kulture Shock Movement Co. will be offering both Our Afrofusion Dance for Kids as well as our Moms, Babies & Afrobeats classes at the Wheaton Community Recreation Center EVERY Saturday starting April 9th!!

Eligibility:
* Mom’s, Babies & Afrobeats: 1 month-5 YO

* Afrofusion Dance for Kids ages: 6-12 YO
