I am a Family Nurse Practitioner working in Primary & Immediate care.

Karmi Wellness offers a comprehensive suite of services, including wellness consultations, medical weight loss, B12 injections, birth planning, aesthetic treatments, and outreach initiatives. Primary care for underserved populations, especially women and children, aiding in the elimination of health disparities, sexual health, and reproductive health are among my special interests and very important to me. The Black maternal health crisis, PCOS, and period poverty are important issues in which I hope to make a difference.

Our Period Pantry & Baby Bodega are looking for a new home!

I've been looking for a more accessible and public space to host it. Karmi would continue to stock and maintain it regularly (if there is not enough items left by others), so there’s no burden on the host.

For those that aren't familiar, our Period Pantry & Baby Bodega are set up kind of like a little free library (take what you need, leave what you can), but is stocked with diapers, wipes, period products, formula, hygiene items, etc.

If you have or can connect us with a community-facing business, church, or know of an organization that might be interested in hosting or supporting this effort, we’d appreciate it.

TIA for helping me make this resource more accessible for local families who may need a little extra support.

We've added some new care services to the menu. In line with our mission, Karmi now offers immediate reproductive care for all. Appointment is required, in person appt depending on service. You might notice our fees are pretty low, this is so these vital services are quick, easy, and accessible for all.

I’m due in just a few weeks and will be taking a 6-week maternity leave and will then begin offering virtual services again. Once I get into a groove, I will begin offering mobile services!
