One of my favorite things I love about being a trainer is educating my clients on how to improve their health through small lifestyle changes. For years I have dedicated my life to eating whole foods and staying active, while teaching my family and friends to do the same. I love sharing my favorite recipes, supplement brands, the latest skincare treatments, even the cutest workout attire (hello, Alo!)

Last summer, a friend started sharing this skincare brand out of Europe with me, and quite frankly, wouldn’t shut up about it. I finally decided to look into it myself, and I quickly learned something I couldn’t UNLEARN-the amount of water that was filling my premium skincare products I had been using. Quick way to get your heart rate up! Pick a lighter weight, something that will challenge you, but a weight you can maintain for 1 minute. Keep your weight in your heels when you squat & light on your toes when you transition sides.

It’s getting harder and harder to show up every morning w/ this uncertainty, guilt of not doing something to entertain my kids, and with this growing belly, but self health is just as important, if not more in these times. To be a better mother, a better wife, and to reach your best self. Today it was tough to get motivated, but I can say I feel like I can now take on the day ☀️
