l Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego in 2013-2015, one of the top 5 Massage Schools in the country. I received my 100 Hour Certification in Esalen Massage at the World Famous Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California in 2018. I also have 40 hours of Prenatal Massage Training with Carole Osbourne, renowned author, publisher, practitioner, instructor and mentor. All my sessions are customized to your needs and can encompass a blend of techniques. (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Esalen, Hot Stone, and Sensory Repatterning.) All sessions are very relaxing while also therapeutic. My deep work is not painful but more like "delicious discomfort.”

I am very attentive when listening to your wishes before our first session, so I have a clear understanding of your needs. My desire is that you know I am fully present and connected to you. My ears hear your words, my hands hear your body. The time for your session is time on the table. If you book a 60 minute session, that means 60 minutes of actual massage time. Sessions are booked with at least an hour in between so you’re not rushed. I love to tell my clients "If you are quiet then I assume you are happy!"
