Reproductive Health Services of Montgomery RHS has provided reproductive health care services in Montgomery since 1978.

We are committed to keeping abortion safe and legal and treating all patients with dignity and respect. Reproductive Health Services (“RHS”) opened in September of 1978 and was one of the first clinics to provide abortion services and reproductive health care in the state of Alabama. We are committed to our mission — keep abortion a safe and legal alternative by continuing to provide caring, professional services at reasonable fees for over 40 years. We are committed to treating all patients with dignity and respect regardless of race, country of origin, immigration status, religion, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
