✨ Teaching, Not Avoiding ✨

At Time to Shine ABA, we believe that everyone learns when given the opportunity. That's why we put up a tree and decorate for the holidays—not to avoid the challenge, but to TEACH our little friends how to enjoy the decorations without touching.

The first week? Ornaments everywhere! 🎄 But look at us now—our tree is standing tall and beautifully decorated, and our friends are learning impulse control, respect for shared spaces, and the joy of the season all at once.

This is what ABA looks like in real life. It's not about limiting experiences—it's about building skills that help our kids thrive in the world around them. 💙

🍪 Holiday Cookie Decorating Fun at Time to Shine ABA! ✨

There's nothing quite like the joy of creating holiday treats together! This week, our friends have been having a blast decorating gingerbread cookies with their RBTs.

Every moment is a chance to build skills, celebrate teamwork, and make memories! 🎄 These activities help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and most importantly, create moments of pure joy and connection.

We LOVE seeing our kids shine during these special seasonal activities. The smiles say it all! 💚

It's one of our favorite moments at Time to Shine ABA. Our little friends naturally pick up on the positive examples around them and start taking pride in their environment. Whether it's tidying up the therapy room, organizing materials, or keeping things neat, these little helpers show us that kids are always watching and learning from the adults they trust.💚

We had a beautiful craft activity all set up today, but one of our friends had a different vision. Instead of staying on the paper, this friend decided to explore painting beyond the confines—and honestly? We're SO here for it! 😭

This is what we LOVE about working with our kids. Flexibility. Creativity. Celebrating the unexpected. Their ideas become the plan, and that's when the real magic happens. ✨

Every child learns and expresses themselves differently, and we're here for ALL of it—paint on hands, paint on paper, paint on the journey! 💚
