Exercise is powerful medicine, especially during and after cancer treatment.

New research from the New England Journal of Medicine shows that cancer patients who followed a structured, personalized exercise program for three years saw a 37% improvement in survival rates and a 28% decrease in recurrence compared to those receiving standard care.

✅ Plyometric progressions to build explosive power⁠
✅ Multiplanar movement to mimic real sport demands⁠

We are EXCITED to welcome our newest physical therapist, ANNSLEY CEROVSKY, to the team. Originally from Auburn, Alabama, she earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Samford University.

She has a strong clinical interest in treating orthopedic conditions and is committed to helping patients achieve their functional goals.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys weekends at the lake and supporting Auburn athletics.
We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the expertise and care she brings to our practice.
