To me, growth 🌱comes after continuous belief.
It's a knowing that more is possible, even through the fog.
In life and business it's not always quantity, but using discernment for quality control. Cutting ⚔️ through the bullsh¡t to grow the garden of your dreams 🔮.
This is a critical part of wellness. If we're stuffing down emotions and swallowing our words to appease people - they become trapped within our cells and soft tissue.
Everything is energy.
