If you're new, I just wanted to take a minute to say "hi"!

I'm super passionate about health and wellness as well as my beautiful village of Montgomery.

My favorite thing about going to work is that it never really feels heavy, since I have the best clients in the world 🌎

I specialize in Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Energy Healing. 🕸️ 🫛 🌀

When I'm not at The Healing Lounge, you can most likely find me walking my pups or eating dinner out with my hubby.

Fun fact - One of my inspirations growing up was Lucille Ball, so at times you may see a silly side of me. 😜
