Today, our therapists are demonstrating a few simple movements we use in sessions to support:
• Reading and writing
• Body control
• Better posture
• Longer attention
• Confidence during learning

These exercises are easy to try at home as a reset, before homework, or anytime your child needs a movement break.

Small, intentional movements can make big differences in how children feel in their bodies and how they learn. 💙

We’ll deliver all donated items on your behalf to support children and families in crisis.

If your child is normally scheduled on any of these dates, please connect with our team as soon as possible to reschedule and ensure all makeup sessions are completed before the new year when insurance benefits reset.
