Let’s face it, there has been so much loss and sadness circulating that it’s sometimes hard not to be impacted. Make sure you’re taking care of yourself and allowing time to acknowledge and process your feelings. Compassion fatigue and secondary trauma is REAL and can be extremely disabling for all. Especially empaths and helpers. Love on someone today. Give a compliment or even a smile. You never know what someone is going through. ☮️ 🌟

Gentle reminder… Holidays do not automatically equal a time of celebration and laughter, often it’s the complete opposite. Be mindful that many have lost loved ones and find this time of year difficult. The many times that were shared are no longer and memories can be difficult to cope with. Be sure you are checking on friends and family and being intentional in efforts to be inclusive. It pays to be kind to others no matter the season. You NEVER know what someone is going through. 🌟
