"I recently completed the first BTM2 Start to Finish Restart Challenge where Nan and I hosted it, leading a group of 18 amazing women!
My first Day of Step 2 Low Calorie was on 9/15/25. I was 179.2 lbs at my heaviest. A weight that I haven't seen that high in years.
I felt tired, uncomfortable, unhappy, hypocritical, fat, and out of control. 😑
After completing 40 days of Step 2, I was 156.5 lbs. My goal was 155 and I am at 155.2 today- losing a little more in Step 4 transition. 🤩 So close!
The last time I did the program was before my wedding in April of 2019. I was able to maintain my weight for years until some consecutive stress crept back in, and I let off the gas for myself over the last year or so.
I'm so grateful to have gone through the program because...
- I have regained control of my lifestyle, my eating habits, my mind, and of course how I feel physically! 💪
- I have so much confidence.
- I'm not stressing about the closet.
- My energy is back. ⚡️
-I'm sleeping great.
- Exercise has become so much easier.
-I'm so proud of myself all around. ❤️
- I'm so thankful for what this program has done for my life, again.
It's okay if you fall down and try again. I encourage anyone looking to get restarted again to BELIEVE in yourself.
Take one day at a time. Be mindful over your choices and keep moving forward in the direction of your desired outcome! 👣
You CAN do this. It's mind over matter. It wasn't always easy, but it does get easier over time. ✨
The journey never stops so make your health a priority everyday! That is one the biggest lessons I've learned! 🧠
