Can you believe it’s been 2 years already??? 😧🤯 I can’t!!

FREE MASSAGE on area with a scar! Got a scar that gives you trouble (pain, restriction, mobility issues)? If that scar is at least 3 months old (or older), we have an opportunity for you to receive FREE massage therapy techniques to that area which will help relieve the pain and restrictions.
What: FREE massage techniques to scar tissue
When: Friday Sept 29th 3pm-5pm
AND/OR Saturday Sept 30th 10am-noon
Where: Here at CCMT (Anamosa)
Why: We are hosting a continuing education class where massage therapists are learning how to effectively work with scars.

I am really loving this event I do partnering with Carla Eilers and Zen House Yoga. We have been doing Restorative Yoga with Chair Massage!

It’s super relaxing, great for the body, mind and soul. We will be doing it more! This is from our last group this Wednesday. Thank you to all who came and enjoyed the class, the space and bodywork! 🙌🏽🪬💜
