Back to school is upon us. This means lots of things including:

—Sadness
—Anxiety
—Worry
—Fear
—{Insert emotion/feeling}

Not every child feels excitement about returning to school.

Ask your kiddos—no matter how they feel about school—to complete this kindness challenge and then check back in with you about their experience in being more intentional and mindful with kindness towards peers and staff.

We are praying that all of our local students and school staff members have a blessed, safe, and productive year. 🍎 🏫 📚

August is Overdose Awareness Month.

This month, we remember the lives lost to overdose—mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends, and loved ones.

Addiction doesn’t discriminate, and neither should we. Behind every overdose is a human being who deserves compassion, support, and a chance.
