We Have Exciting News!

To better serve our community Monticello Medical Clinic 2 is relocating effective January 30!

Beginning Monday, February 2 at 8:00 a.m., our providers Dana Sawyer, APRN, and Brittney Pearcy, APRN, will begin seeing patients at 906 Roberts Drive.

Our rural health clinic patients now have expanded access and may schedule appointments with Dr. Fakouri, Dr. Tim Simon, or Dr. Sylvia Simon.

Dana and Brittney will continue to offer walk‑in care, ensuring the same quality service you’ve come to expect from this team.

We look forward to serving you at our new location!

APRNs, including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Nurse Anesthetists, can diagnose and treat illnesses, order tests, and prescribe medications. They are essential to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our community.
